Departure Point

Traveler pickup is offered

Departure point: Free picking up service from your city hotel or residence in Chengdu (all hotels within 3rd Ring Road), if you stay outside the 3rd Ring Road, then need to be picked up at the main gate of Wuhouci, or please contact us in advance to arrange to be picked up from your hotel and pay extra cost to driver.
Return point: Returns to original departure point or can be drop-off at CTU airport.

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • An extensive amount of walking is involved; comfortable walking shoes are recommended
  • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
  • Type of private transport used is contingent upon number of tour passengers
  • During sightseeing, passenger's belongings will be tucked away safely in the van or in their accommodations. Please be advised to bring along any essentials for sightseeing (e.g. water, sunscreen, sunglasses)
  • Accommodations provided are twin rooms with standard amenities; it is recommended that you bring your own toiletries
  • Please dress appropriately for Baoguo Monastery; shorts are allowed but tank tops and/or bikinis are not recommended
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Andy was a great guide, but this tour is also not worth the expense. Again, the cost is not comparable to what you would pay in other countries with a similar economy for a similar tour. Way overpriced. Two stars based on cost.

Monastery stay is superrrr, with walking distances to restaurants, grocery stores! Highly recommended! Rachel Pan, my tour guide now we are friends! is really awesome. She is patient, and takes good care of me despite weather was not in our favor. Our driver, Jerry is also helpful and plan ahead to manage timings of trip.

This was a great 2-day excursion - Andy our personal guide was FANTASTIC!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. I will always check on Viator first when traveling!!!
