  • Please bear in mind that this product offers private transportation from the airport to the city centre. If you register an address outside the city centre, we will inform you of the price difference, and you will have to pay it through a link that we can provide you with. If we don't receive a response 24 hours prior to the pickup time, the driver will drop you off at the city centre.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Excellent experience, flight was delayed by 2hrs and my transfer was there waiting when i arrived 2hrs late, would definitely use them again and highly recommend to everyone aswell.

Absolutely diabolical customer services - especially if your deaf!!! Arrogant and not interested in helping you out - despite being deaf!
