The whole tour was very interesting and informative. All directions to and from the tour were very well explained. We enjoyed our beverage after the tour!

I went to meeting place early and it started to rain. I waited and waited. No one showed up. I messaged tour company with NO RESPONSE. 20 minutes later I messaged Viator and they responded that after contacting tour company my tour had been cancelled. No notice was given to me by tour operator of cancellation. Very unprofessional by operator. Viator is issuing a full refund but that is not the point. The tour company must communicate cancellation promptly so other arrangements can be made had I known I wouldn’t have had to go wait in the rain for nothing. At least I had fun jumping in puddles.
