Ein kleiner Umweg auf dem Weg nach Bilbao. Schon ein wenig unheimlich und ungewöhnlich. Die Trassen der einzelnen Salzteiche, einige etwas verwahrlost, andere werden noch voll bewirtschaftet. Etwas, das wir noch nie weg vom Meer gesehen haben.

Du sel au vin...un délice sur notre chuleta....renseignement pris ce sel vient d'Anana, nous voici donc partis pour une découverte étonnante. Une production de sel vieille de 700 ans au fond de la vallée.
Réservation faite 8 euros/pers, et découverte de ce pan d'histoire, niché au fond d'une colline et au bord de la route.
Visite en Français, durée 1 heure, à l'air libre et sur un parcours de 1 kms 4. Guide très professionnelle et à l'écoute. Cet endroit réhabilité par une Fondation fait parti du Patrimoine Agricole. Fin de visite et détour par le magasin pour approvisionnement de sels en tout genre (au vin, à l'huile d'olive etc....) Nous voici donc plus riches d'enseignements, d'histoire et....de sels !!!
