    A half day visit to the Caves of Hams is a great option for those with little time to spare on their holidays and who want to visit just the Caves of Hams (or Coves dels Hams in the local language). This excursion takes us to visit the marvellous Caves of Hams, located in Porto Cristo in the east area of Mallorca, around 60km from the south. We will drive through the countryside from Palma to Porto Cristo and our guide will tell us tales of Mallorca and interesting things about the area we drive through. The visit to the Caves of Hams Mallorca takes approximately 45 minutes. You can marvel at the stalactites and stalagmites and the small lakes that have been formed in the caves as you pass through the different interlinking caverns. At the end of the route there is a show inspired by the Carnival of Venice with laser lights projected onto the walls of the Caves of Hams accompanied by Mozart music.

Wonderful trip to the caves of Hams. Would especially recommend for your children as it is next to Dinosaur Land. We then went to the pearl outlet which we enjoyed. The guide Mariana was lovely as was the bus driver. I would recommend this trip.

Étant en voyage touristique à Palma de Majorque pour la semaine, j’ai voulu avoir le plaisir de m’offrir un tour en bateau auprès de votre compagnie. J’ai alors trouvé, à un prix abordable pour ce que cela promettait votre offre concernant un, je cite, « boat trip » d’une visite de caves. Le site montre des photos des caves ainsi que des photos de bateaux dans ces mêmes caves. Le titre annonce un boat trip et quelle fût la surprise de tous les passagers quand on nous a annoncé qu’il n’y aurait pas de bateau. Le guide nous annonce que le seul tour en bateau dont nous pourrions éventuellement bénéficier dure 2 minutes après avoir attendu 30 minutes. Je vous écrit donc pour demander un remboursement de ce que je trouve être une annonce frauduleuse et mensongère. Il n’est pas acceptable de faire miroiter et promettre un tour en bateau à des touristes pour leur faire faire 2h30 de bus et ne même pas leur permettre de mettre le pied sur un bateau. À l’appui de mes avances, des captures d’écrans de votre annonce où il est noté noir sur blanc qu’un tour en bateau est prévu et où les photos représentent des bateaux dans les grottes.
