Toda la experiencia fue muy interesante. En particular, la visita a los viñedos, que por suerte fue en un día soleado aunque frío y la última parte, donde pudimos enterarnos más en detalle de los productos (no solamente vino) que elaboran allí. Es de destacar que la guía fue en todo momento muy amable y profesional y nos explicó con cuidadosamente todos los procesos. Espero en el futuro poder completar la experiencia con una visita al pazo de Toubes, ya que en esta ocasión no tuvimos tiempo para ello.

Muy interesante e instructiva,sobretodo dos aspectos: el primero es que siguen un método de vendimia artesanal y manual,que protege a la uva y a su mosto de posibles fermentaciones espontáneas,en la propia vendimia. La segunda es que su licor café es de una exquisita calidad,ya que el café utilizado en este licor se obtiene de Jamaica, de las Blue Mountains,y es muy especial su elaboración,ya que es elaborado con uno de los mejores cafés del mundo. ¡ Totalmente recomendable !
