Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a 16th century flour windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which we have brought back to life. At MOLTAK we celebrate life as reflected in the kitchen. Where the main ingredients are the stories shared as we linger around the stove, appetisers in hand, and set simple tables. Moments that create sparks, that matter, all cooked together with love and a touch of adventure. Because there has always been a lot of life in the kitchen. A lot of all things good. A lot of joy, a lot to cheer, a lot of flavour, and a lot of laughter. And all that, is what we want to share with you We love sharing our knowledge for local food, culture and our beautiful island.  Participants will elaborate the menu with the help of our hosts. This was a brilliant experience from the communications to the location in Mallorca to the learning , cooking snd eating . It was a great way to understand the culinary culture and the people . We have tried these recipes a number of times since I’d absolutely go again,

We had a wonderful day with Chief Vivian on Oct. 15 at the Moltak Windmill Kitchen in Palma, Mallorca. We were one of four couples in a class to learn how to cook a few Spanish dishes. The facility was lovely inside a 16th century flour windmill. Chief Vivian provided a fun experience and graciously shared her love of local ingredients while expertly providing cooking tricks we could all use at home when recreating the dishes she taught us. Definitely, a five-star experience that I would recommend to others.

Vivian was an amazing host! Our group had a fantastic time learning how to cook several courses of a Spanish meal. The food was delicious, the host was terrific, and our total group of six made it very easy to engage with others and have a great time!
