Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a 16th century flour windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which we have brought back to life. At MOLTAK we celebrate life as reflected in the kitchen. Where the main ingredients are the stories shared as we linger around the stove, appetisers in hand, and set simple tables. Moments that create sparks, that matter, all cooked together with love and a touch of adventure. Because there has always been a lot of life in the kitchen. A lot of all things good. A lot of joy, a lot to cheer, a lot of flavour, and a lot of laughter. And all that, is what we want to share with you We love sharing our knowledge for local food, culture and our beautiful island.  Participants will elaborate the menu with the help of our hosts. We had a lovely afternoon learning to cook traditional Spanish dishes with Roberto and other travelers. It was hands on experience full of laughter and fun in a charming, old world windmill. This was a 5 star experience.

I'm not sure that what I say here will do this experience justice. it was absolutely brilliant. The fun we had! we were a group of 10, I think that's the max. Anyway, Vivian our host was wonderful, fun, enthusiastic and very skilled in the kitchen. The wine was flowing, lots of laughter and also lots of cookery tips!! This particular group were from all corners of the world, it was great hearing everyone's stories OWe ended the class by enjoying our homemade meal together. A wonderful way to meet interesting people and enjoy some wonderful authentic Spanish food. The air-conditioning was a huge plus

This was an incredible experience in Palma! Highly recommend. Vanessa, our cooking instructor, was so sweet and knowledgeable. I learned so much about cooking and the meal we created was magnificent. We met great people in our small group. Thank you for a lovely time we will never forget!
