Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a 16th century flour windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which we have brought back to life. At MOLTAK we celebrate life as reflected in the kitchen. Where the main ingredients are the stories shared as we linger around the stove, appetisers in hand, and set simple tables. Moments that create sparks, that matter, all cooked together with love and a touch of adventure. Because there has always been a lot of life in the kitchen. A lot of all things good. A lot of joy, a lot to cheer, a lot of flavour, and a lot of laughter. And all that, is what we want to share with you We love sharing our knowledge for local food, culture and our beautiful island.  Participants will elaborate the menu with the help of our hosts. We had great fun at Moltak. Vivian was our host, she was friendly, fun, knowledgeable and very welcoming. We learned how to cook some typical Mallorcan dishes which we ate afterwards. The old mill building is beautiful. We came across this cooking experience by chance and would recommend it 100% to anyone looking for something different when in Palma

We had such an amazing time! Riccardo was a wonderful host — very warm and funny. He clearly was an expert chef but he created a fun and low stress environment for making these fabulous dishes. We HIGHLY recommend this experience!!!!

This experience is one of a kind. I booked this class for my mum's birthday and this really did not disappoint. I had no prior expectations going into to this class, but this class did not disappoint. The hosts Vivian and Riccardo were very helpful and guided us through the cooking each step of the way, showing us the best tips and tricks and giving us time to ask some questions at the end of each stage. I learnt so many new skills during this class and cannot wait to make the delicious paella at home. This class was incredible and is definitely up there with one of the best experiences I have ever attended. I would 110% recommend to others!!
