The walk atop the boardwalk with waterfalls at every turn. Looking down at the cascades from the overlooks was amazing! Our guide, Barry, was joyful to be with and we can see how much he enjoys sharing the treasure that Croatia protects for the world.

The park is absolutely gorgeous and the guide was very knowledgeable. His knowledge added a great deal to our enjoyment of the park. His story about the viper snake and how she gives birth to her young really gave the group an added bonus to the walk while at the same time had everyone looking up.

Awful , rude front desk employee (blonde). She said the bus left without us as we were across the street at the wrong tour operator, where our taxi dropped us. We were five minutes late by the time we figured out our error and ran across the street but no bus. Did not see a bus when we first arrived, either, at S tours (name on sign) which is the same as Sugaman (who would know this as a foreigner). Even offered rude employee lady to take a taxi to meet bus and she said a hard 'no'. Miserable person and she should not be in this role as she is not solution focused nor customer centric, giving a bad name to her company's reputation.
