Worst customer experience for our family in a long time. Examples of the provider's behavior: 1) Unwillingness to change the booking 23 hours before the tour with the note that this is only possible up to 24 hours before, but you can cancel without a refund and then rebook. Very funny. 2) Pick-up from the hotel 45 minutes later than announced without proactive notification. After asking ourselves, we were informed that there had been an internal misunderstanding. 3) Part of the experience was canceled due to the weather (boat trip). A partial refund was nevertheless not granted with the message that they were not responsible for the boat trip. Legally nonsense, of course.
