Ston, Ston, Croatia The medieval town settled at the beginning of the Peljesac peninsula best known for its stone walls (second largest in the world) and salt production. Ston is a small, laid-back fishing town, which boasts some dramatic views - think crumbling churches, olive groves and a stunning coastline.
The walls are much longer than those of its more famous neighbour, Dubrovnik, at 5km in length. This makes them the longest defensive structure in Europe; they are sometimes referred to as the ‘European Walls of China”.

We had a polite, considerate and a very safe driver. However, our driver needed a microphone. We were in a car with 3 rows and it was impossible to hear anything from the third row. We were expecting to hear a little more about the beautiful area we were traveling through. When we asked he was happy to stop and let us enjoy the view and take photos.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
