Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Price is per person, based on 9 adults per car/vehicle
A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We booked the trip for 11:00 AM pickup, all parties agreed and we paid. Then the assault began to from the tour operator to move the pickup to 8:00 AM. 15 OR MORE requests, kept telling them no, finally had to demand a refund if they did not come at contracted time and they agreed. Turns out the driver came to Split night before and likely wanted to leave early to return home and possibly get another trip. Very unprofessional.

Our driver was great and once we got started the trip went very smoothly. Unfortunately there was some kind of administrative error and we got off to a late start which was frustrating.

It is a luxury to take this private transfer which we enjoyed very much. But if you are young with fewer resources, try a boat ride
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
