An activity ideally suitable for people who love going outdoor and doing some activities which give some exercises for the body with some great fun. A day full of different activities including water sports like rafting, kayaking, water abseiling, and adventure activities like wall climbing, Air-riffle shooting, Arching etc. We are equipped with latest equipment specially made for such activities and safety is considered as one of the key thing. All the activities are supervised and carried out by well experienced and trained individuals. Most of them have served for Sri Lankan forces before. Trekking through different parts of the village, tea estates and water falls will give you completely different experience as it allows you to get some exposure to local lifestyle and traditions too. Site is located on the boarder of beautiful Mahaweli river and it's about 45 minutes drive from Kandy. We pick you from your hotel in Kandy transport is provided by an air conditioned vehicle.

We did a hiking tour in the Hantana mountains. Our great guide Damit knew the area well and explained lots of things about nature and Sri Lankan culture. The views on the hike where very nice - when the clouds weren‘t there ;) One should be aware that there are lots of leeches on this track (which are annoying but harmless), so one should take a spray against them. Still we would definitely recommend it for people who want to go in a hike nearby Kandy.

The hike to Knuckles Mountain range was well organised by Mahaweli Tours. We were provided with a good guide who knew his way about well and we felt safe throughout the trek. We were also looked after well and enjoyed the experience. There was fun and entertainment and chatter to keep us motivated to go up the mountains and we got to experience a nice cold waterfall bath too! 5 stars to both Prasad and Ajith for providing us with this experience.
