The best tour guide we had in our 2 week trip to Sri Lanka! Madawa had an encyclopaedic knowledge of Sri Lanka’s history and current state of affairs. We ended up being the only 2 on the tour which made it a truly unique and personalised experience. Madawa covered all topics from the accidental ‘discovery’ of Sri Lanka by the Portuguese, the street dogs of Sri Lanka, the different industries and exports, and what life is like for Sri Lankan people. Really, no question was left unanswered! Would highly recommend you go on this tour.

We had a wonderful time at the tour. We learned a lot about the history of the town and Sri Lankan history in general. Our guide was very very kind and gave us tips for our ongoing trip. We can highly recommend this walking tour.
