From the peak are visible the Matale and Alawathugoda town and the mountain ranges that surround a good part of the Matale District, namely Wilshire , Hunnasgiriya, Elkaduwa, Brandy rock Etipola, Muwagala, Ankumbura, Bahirawa kanda (Kandy), Bible rock (Pilimathalawa), Riverton and Owilikanda ranges. Trekking (06km) maximum time taken for this is around 02 – 04 hours (Depend on the tourist). Un sentier calme, authentique et pas un touriste lors de notre randonnée au cœur d'une montagne préservée du Sri Lanka. Un guide très attentionné qui avait prévu collation, boissons. A notre rythme, il a su nous faire découvrir une nature authentique, chargée d'histoire et d'explications ! Ce fût une expérience magnifique, au cœur de la campagne et des petits villages isolés du Sri Lanka. Des paysages magnifiques et la rencontre avec des populations locales. Une randonnée accessible à tous (enfant de 10ans qui c'est éclaté).
