Pick you up at the airport or hotel in the morning or afternoon. Tour will begin from the Fort area of Colombo which has been named fort because of it being a fort during the times of Portuguese and Dutch. Later we will take you to Colombo National Museum to see some of the great specimens of arts crafts and archaeology of Colombo. You will drive thru the commercial areas and drive past Pettah, a colorful Oriental bazaar with a mix of people, ancient vehicles, bargains, mosques and temples. You have a chance to see a Hindu Temple, Buddhist Temple and the Jami Ul Alfar Jumma Mosque of Colombo. A nice walk in galle face beach and try some traditional street food.

We had an amazing experience with our personal driver, Azam. He was always on time and quick to respond. He made great recommendations for restaurants. We felt safe with his driving in the busy parts of town and mountain roads. We are a family of 4 with a 4yo and 9mo from USA. We’d highly recommended this company. Rishan (owner) was very professional and communicated quickly and checked in on us during the 5 days we had our driver.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit Rishan. Er war sehr freundlich, konnte uns vieles erklären und auch zeigen. Sein Englisch war sehr gut, sodass es keine Kommunikationsprobleme gab. Rishan hat alles für unsere Zufriedenheit gegeben und Rückblickend ist der einzige negative Punkt, den man erwähnen könnte, dass wir häufig von ihm zu sehr touristischen Geschäften oder „Attraktionen“ geführt wurden, da musste man dann einfach drauf achten, bei den Geschäften dann einfach nix zu kaufen bzw. selbst Recherchen zu betreiben, um etwas vernünftiges zu finden. Rundum ein schöner Trip.

Uns hat Rishan 16 Tage lang begleitet und uns sehr viel über Land und Leute während der Fahrt erklärt. Er spricht fließend Englisch (das beste Englisch welches wir dort erlebt haben). Weil wir gerne frische Früchte probieren wollten, ist er immer wieder am Straßenrand angehalten und hat für uns den besten Preis für Kokosnüsse etc. ausgehandelt. Allgemein ist Rishan sehr hilfsbereit und hat für uns immer alles möglich gemacht und uns bei unserer Reiseplanung beraten. Ein toller Tipp war der Ausflug in die alte Stadt Polonnaruwa und eine sehr, sehr schöne (und preisgünstige) Elefantensafari, bei der er den Kontakt hergestellt hat.
