Elephant shadow holiday tours didn't communicate until the last minute. Phone no in SL don't work. We contacted viator and was asked to wait until the company responded, and if not picked up for the tour then we'd receive a refund. This was ok... but not very helpful. I wouldn't recommend elephant shadow holiday tours unless they improve their performance in communication.
