We had a great time with Chase! He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and was always encouraging us to take plenty of pics. We even caught a couple lights and orbs in the areas he pointed out! Overall it was a wonderful experience that we would absolutely do again!

The guide was friendly and knowledgeable however the tour itself consisted of driving around in a loop viewing haunted sites viewed from the electric cart. I would suggest a longer stop and walking around the cemetery would add to the experience. Otherwise a pleasant and not a demanding trip.

Excellent tour. Our guide Chance knew all about the ghost stories around St Augustine, and all about the town’s overall history. The electric golf cart let us see ALL the cool parts of the city, not just a few places within walking distance of where we started. We heard all the creepy tales, but it was not too scary.
