Highly recommend this event. Carmen , her staff and family are so welcoming. I felt like I was having dinner with friends. The food was amazing and so much fun to learn about the crabs and how to cook them. Her home is beautiful. If you want a truly unique experience, DO THIS!!

We had a wonderful evening with Carmen and her family, and enjoyed experiencing St Croix’s island culture and cuisine. We ate, drank, and danced and learned a few things in the process! Carmen was kind enough to take our reservation even though crab season doesn’t really begin until May. I’m so glad she did! We left the night feeling like we’d made a lifelong friend. It was a gem of a night you don’t want to miss!
