James touring never showed up for pickup. Pick up time and location was confirmed. Reservation was confirmed 7:00am day of trip

Tourguide war gelangweilt und mehr an Kommunikation mit seinem Fahrer über dessen Auto interessiert. Kein Service, nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser. 4h Autofahrt mit spärlichen Infos über Lan und Leute durch St. Lucias Berge, um 30 min den Botanischen Garten zu sehen. Unverschämt war das Verlangen von 3 US $ pro Person, um den als Tourpunkt ausgewiesenen Wasserfall zu fotografieren. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht - man wäre besser an Bord geblieben.

Joseph:Michigan, the tour guide, made my experience the best I’ve ever had! He’s super kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the island. He went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed the breathtaking waterfall and the botanical gardens as well as the island itself to the fullest. It truly was the best tour EVER.
