Hewanorra International Airport UVF Private Airport Transfer - One Way

Great experience with Lucian Vibe. They reached out in advance to confirm pickup, the Fast Track was worth every penny, the van was large, new and had great air conditioning, the driver was professional and fun (he even brought some ice cold beer at my request and cost), and it was a seamless transfer.

I booked this transfer based in the great reviews I read in here. Unfortunately, it wasn’t great for us. Darrion was a pleasure to deal with at the beginning. We had delays in our flight and he rescheduled and was not a problem. The problems were when we landed there was no fast track representative waiting! We looked around and nobody. We had to go through customs like everyone else. We finally found him at the baggage pick up and only because we chased the guy with the white board to see if that was him. “Sorry I was in the washroom” He had no idea where our driver was and we wondered around the airport for at least 20-30 min while he talked to random people to find him. Finally got to our driver who told us it would be about 1hr 45min to hotel. Well I think It was his first day on the job. Never offered us water barely spoke and ended up taking 2 1/2hrs to get there. Said it was because we took too long to get out of airport?? Who’s fault was that. I emailed Darrion and he agreed to refund us the fast track service. Great! I was happy. Drive back to the airport was great 1hr 45min super nice driver. Get to the airport and surprise it’s the same fast track rep, who is about to leave with his dinner, we just happen to have a porter with us that knew who he was, no sign, nothing. Thankfully he did get us through quickly and on our way. Well now we are back home, I received an email from Darrion hoping we enjoyed our complimentary track track service? I have emailed Darrion multiple times since at least 5-6 times, no reply. AND NO REFUND yet!! I am so disappointed it the lack of customer service I have received since leaving St Lucia. Now that there’s nothing I can do but send emails. I will never use this companies service again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone. Beware of how kind this company is until something goes wrong and they have to give you back money. Good Luck.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Darrion and he’s team for our fast track & transfer service- it was extremely efficient and I would highly recommend for anyone coming to Saint Lucia. Francis was a fantastic driver. Extremely safe driver. The fast track is a must as soon as you get off the plane you are meet and taken straight to the front of immigration extremely smooth and saved so much time. By using this service we were at our hotel a couple of hours before everyone else we had checked in had dinner and was enjoying a glass of champagne, great start to our holiday. I would 100% recommend this company especially if your staying at the Royalton as it’s a long drive. Thank you also for putting my mind at rest I felt in good hands from start to finish.
