  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The staff at the airport was friendly and very helpful. Our driver Robbie was very informative and was happy to answer all of our questions. We would definitely recommend Robbie as a driver.

left us stranded for one hr at arrival they used our shuttle which was private to send other guests to another hotel then joked about us and it. we complained at your office at hotel and nothing was done or even offered to us for this . im very upset with your service .

This was a great experience from St Lucia airport (UVF) yo the resort which was 1 hour 45 minutes away. The driver(s) both ways from the airport and back to the airport was EXCELLENT! Gave us some knowledge of St Lucia along our ride! I would use Nexus yours again!
