Everything about the Fond Doux chocolate tour was a delight. From the welcoming staff at the reception area, Whitney our tour guide, Cornelia the chocolatier, and the historic grounds, the whole experience was what we were hoping for. A bean to bar experience was an important part of our St. Lucia holiday for my granddaughter and I. Fond Doux seemed like it would provide a more local feel, and it absolutely did! And in the end we went off with delicious chocolate bars!
