Excellent (albeit a bit pricey) opportunity to make one’s own 65% dark chocolate bar from raw ingredients in a tropical setting. Amazing view of the Pitons and surrounding peaks during our bean-grinding experience. The lunch restaurant was excellent as well while we waited for our bars to cool and set - never thought to add cocoa to mac & cheese, fried fish, ketchup, etc - but in raw form, it really works! Quick tip from personal experience for anyone driving a hire/rental car - no matter what GPS says, you CANNOT drive straight through the volcano park to get here!!! Definitely was the highlight of my time on island.

This was a real highlight of our trip to Saint Lucia. I do not usually write reviews but felt compelled to encourage others to come here. Fabulous location up in the hills of the cacao plantation, a great experience making chocolate and a wonderful cacao-inspired lunch with amazing views. Highly recommended

Incredible setting to make your own chocolate bar! Amazing to see every step of chocolate bar preparation - but they did have to step in a few time when we got tired of pounding the chocolate!
