In the event of this occurring, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.
  • Please note: Hotel pickup and drop-off included from Vieux Fort and North Island hotels ONLY. If you are located in a South Island hotel you will need to arrange for your own transportation.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Absolutely top notch from start to finish! Excellent pickup with guided tour to the adventure park...Zip Line was incredibly awesome...highly recommend this excursion and ask for Sunshine as your guide/planner!!

I didn’t know what expect, it was very high and I’m scared of heights! But wow, I’m so pleased I did it, the two lads who took us around were very professional and put me at ease, I felt very safe and the rainforest was beautiful.
