Failed to show or make contact even though pre-paid. Had to get another taxi driver at gate to call number given. Guy who answered kept ringing off but eventually someone rang back to another taxi driver and spoke to the helpful taxi driver I had been dealing with. Some kind of deal was done and we got a tour but in an inferior taxi. Guy who took us was fine and said Joel "had problems with his car". Well if he did, he might have emailed us or explained when I spoke to him on the phone instead of ringing off.

What a great experience, Joel is as professional as they get. We had him pick us up at airport & take to resort, then a few days later 6 of us scheduled an island tour which was great as 4 of the people were never in St. Maarten, stopped for lunch along the way, excellent barbeque. Alo had him deliver us back to airport when we departed. He is very cautious & keeps his van in top condition. I highly recommend him.

Joel is a pleasant and professional driver and guide. He was courteous, patient, and always happy to provide information on the island, restaurants etc. Always prompt, and actually had a bottle of chilled champaigne in he vehicle when he picked us up at airport. I'd highly recommend his taxi services and am sure his tours are worthwhile. We'll use him again on our next trip to Str Marteen.
