Definitely not luxury !!!! I booked this for a luxury experience because of my 30th birthday and they came in a van! There wasn’t nothing luxury about this experience and I even asked for champagne as well. Don’t book with them. Just get a taxi! It’s cheaper!!

What was supposed to be a “private” transfer ended up being a bus with other passengers! After I voiced my complaint, the decided to take the 4 in our party, privately to our hotel! What a rip off!! Could have just taken the bus for a fraction of the cost!

When I arrived on the island the taxi service said the order for a ride didn't go through. So they cancelled. I'm supposed to check with Viator on a refund...
