The driver was punctual, and caring. Warning: Make sure you choose the correct zone for pick up for the correct price. If you are paying the driver, please have cash because you will be charged extra.... Even though on the island (Dutch side) is 1US/1Euro....

I booked the transfer a few hours prior to our arrival in Stint Maarten, (SXM). I received a confirmation email. Upon exiting the airport we could not find the driver. We called the phone number on the Viator app confirmation email with no answer. On the app it was difficult to find the meeting point and name of the company that was picking us up. Other tour company operators at the airport helped us find our driver. Once we found our driver he asked when did we book the transfer. He said because we booked it a few hours prior to arrival we were not on his list. Our driver had another driver give us a ride to the hotel.

Terrible. No one showed up after waiting 20+ minutes outside in the heat. We had to book a different airport transfer once we got there since no rep was there to pick us up: not reliable at all. I want my money back
