Should this occur, you will be given the option to reschedule to another available tour or given tickets that you can use to enter at a different day

Just wanted to let you know we had an excellent experience with Rob on the Ground Zero tour yesterday. Rob was a wealth of really interesting information and had very moving first hand accounts of that fateful event and day. My three teenage kids were glued to his every word and got a lot out of the experience.

Amy was our tour guide and she was excellent! Her connection to 911 made this even more memorable. My favorite part was the 911 memorial. I am glad we had Amy as she gave us so many details we would have never known about.
