It was perfect weather, the band was excellent and everyone was very chill and having a great time. A very pleasant way to spend my last night in NOLA.

We did the jazz/dinner cruise. This was a fun trip. Check-in was easy. There was a bit of a line to get on the boat because they were taking everyone’s picture but it moved smoothly. The boat itself was nice. There was plenty of seating on all of the decks and the bar lines were not bad. The staff was all very friendly. my only complaint was with the dinner scheduling. The website advertises two seatings and we specifically chose the second, 745, because we were having a late lunch. When we got our tickets they confirmed we had the 745 seating. When we went to get on the boat young lady handed us a slip and said you’ll be eating at 6:15 which was immediately. We said that wasn’t what we bought or agreed to so she said I can put you off until seven. We reluctantly agreed to that. Then when we went to the dining area at that time there were no tables available and we had to wait probably 10 minutes to get a table cleared and seated. That whole issue with the dining time is why this is a four-star and not a five star review. The food was above average for a buffet which had to serve a couple of hundred people. The jazz band was great and the crowd was fun with a lot of people dressed up for Halloween. The sun was down so there were no sights to see on shore but the ride was great. I recommend the trip.
