On our Half Day Horseback Wine Tour we ride across the wine farms surrounding Stellenbosch, tasting wine along the way! The views are truly spectacular with a backdrop of Table Mountain, and Stellenbosch winelands. We regularly see breeding pairs of South-Africa's national bird, the Blue Crane, as well as some small antelope. We stop for a light lunch and wine tasting at our home base ( Vredenheim ) before heading out again in the afternoon to explore more winefarms. Spectacular scenery is literally around every corner, and there is no better way to experience the Cape Winelands than between the ears of a horse! Our horses are absolutely the heart of our business. We work with them energetically through connection and natural horsemanship which means they are well trained, and gentle natured. We never ride the same trail twice, so expect a wonderful ride! Please note a weight limit of 95kgs applies.

Beautiful horses and amazing ladies who were a joy to ride with. A big thank you to the Pink Geranium girls for introducing me to the SA riding experience and the stunning scenery. I did a 2 hour ride and then re-booked a half-day wine tour and both were amazing. Highly recommended if you love riding in a beautiful setting. Thank you Lucky for two enjoyable rides.

Wir haben nur die zweistündige Tour durch die Weinberge gemacht, da wir zwei Anfänger dabei hatten. Der Ausritt hat uns allen sehr viel Spaß gemacht und die Pferde waren unglaublich lieb und sahen sehr gepflegt aus. Uns wurden die Pferde nach Größe und Gewicht zugeteilt, für die beiden unerfahrenen gab es eine kurze Einweisung und dann ging es los. Wir können die Tour nur empfehlen. :)

Wir haben die 5 ständige Tour durch die Weinberge und Weintasting gebucht. Es war traumhaft. Lou war ein toller Guide und die Pferde sind super lieb und gut konditioniert! Wir durften das Tempo bestimmen und konnten so einige Galopp strecken einbauen, einfach toll! Können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
