Driver wasn’t there when we arrived. We had to look up the phone number and call twice. Waited 15 minutes. When he did arrive he didn’t have our name on a sign and we had trouble finding him. He didn’t talk to us or make any conversation and he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Fortunately it was on the same block as the correct hotel.

Driver was waiting at the airport when I arrived. Very professional and looked after me very well. I was travelling on my own so a little nervous and it was so nice to be met and greeted nicely
