You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver to the hotel was great. He offered suggestions as to what to see. The driver to the port was great also. Due to a physical problem he rescheduled my pick up. Very outstanding service as I also used this company in Amsterdam and will be using it again in Rome

The security of having your driver arrive before time set, call you to confirm arrival and be waiting with a sign in hotel lobby was great! Tom was very personable and engaging. Highly recommend.
