We reserved transport to a cruise ship in Stockholm for 7 people, each with 2 suitcases. When the driver arrived, he only had room for 5 of us and not the capacity for all the luggage. The other 2 people had to call an Uber to get to the ship. The driver claimed that he could take us all, but not all the luggage. Sure hope I get reimbursed for the 2, since they didn't ride with us. As of now, nobody has contacted me about the mix up. It wouldn't have been an issue if they had either not allowed us to book that many people or sent another vehicle to do the job we paid for Very disappointed.
