  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver changed the time of our pick up because he had a car issue. We were already at the pick up location waiting for him. We waited the additional 15 minutes he requested and after another 10 minutes we hired another taxi. At that time he was calling me. I did not answer as this was 25 minutes late for an airport pickup. I have photos verifying this time line. I texted him on the app and told him he had 2 minutes or I was leaving. I left. He was furious that he then waited for me. I had already waited 25 minutes for him at 7:30am with no where to sit!

Canceled morning of pickup. I saw on Viator that the canceled the booking while I was at the curb waiting for them

Worth every penny! On time, beautiful clean car, very friendly. Definitely would recommend it to anybody, book it with confidence!
