Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Infants (up to 2 years old) and children (up to 6 years old) must be seated in a baby or child seat. Please ensure you select the number of infants or children travelling so that the seat can be provided at the time
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
The driver will wait for 30 minutes after the requested pickup time, please contact our assistance center if you can't find the driver on arrival.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

IT'S A THEFT!!
I requested to change the pickup time more than 26 hours in advance and they copied me on the email, sent by customere care. They responded to me that there was less than 24 hours left and that they couldn't do anything, due to local time. I sent them my cell phone screens with the local time in Stockholm, and I had more than 26 hours notice!!! Below are the email and WhatsApp conversations.

We had a very good experiene. I would recommend this for a hastle free way to get to your hotel. The taxi line was very long so we avoided that as our driver was right there.
