IT'S A THEFT!!
I requested to change the pickup time more than 26 hours in advance and they copied me on the email, sent by customere care. They responded to me that there was less than 24 hours left and that they couldn't do anything, due to local time. I sent them my cell phone screens with the local time in Stockholm, and I had more than 26 hours notice!!! Below are the email and WhatsApp conversations.
