If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

El peor tour que hemos realizado, guía poco motivada que no nos contó nada, respondía a nuestras preguntas pero nada más, nada de historia ni datos curiosos, leyendas… absolutamente nada, simplemente dar un paseo por el centro de la ciudad

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative.
