Tour guide Mario was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area of Naples we were in. He talked not only about the food but Neopolitan history and how that impacted the types of street food we ate. Additionally, he would compare how the street food differed from how other regions of Italy made it. The arancini in Naples is made with elbow macaroni instead of rice and it was delicious 'mac and cheese' in a fried ball!
