We had a great time on the river cruise despite the light drizzle. Nice glass of Prosecco as we motored gently down the river and then a great dinner back at the Folly Restaurant. Highly recommended.

Super experience and Victoria, our skipper, was well informed. We followed up with dinner, which was delicious. Everyone had a wonderful time. The only issue we had was that the restaurant itself was very loud which made us have to shout to be heard.

A really relaxing river cruise last Saturday on the River Isis from Folly Bridge to Iffley Lock with friends to celebrate the forthcoming marriage of one guest. It was a beautiful afternoon, enhanced by the quality of the craft we had boarded, the champagne provided and the excellent boat control and interesting anecdotes from Ash, our driver. Then it was back to The Folly for an excellent dinner in the restaurant. We would recommend this experience if you are in Oxford, enhanced by the superb service provided by all at The Folly. Not cheap of course but worth every penny. If we have one criticism, it would be that we wanted to spend longer on the boat enjoying the cruise. Maybe down to Sandford next time? Hope so!
