Joel, Josh, & Walker were amazing and very knowledgeable about the entire experience. Josh was my pilot and discussed all the safety precautions along w/ the history of the natural landscapes. Both Josh and Joel made it a more impressionable experience b/c they try to make everyone feel comfortable and they show the quality of the experience through their maintenance of the equipment necessary for a safe trip. -Cat-
