Putroppo sono qui a raccontare la mia spiacevolissima esperienza con questa compagnia, in particolare mi sono interfacciata con Matteo. Ho acquistato poco prima dello scorso anno due buoni per me e una mia amica, essendo turniste abbiamo poche disponibilità e Matteo all'inizio si è dimostrato paziente e disponibile. Per motivi climatici, nostre indisponibilità (prettamente lavorative) e per problemi PERSONALI di Matteo non si è riusciti a farla. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma mi è stato rifiutato con la concessione di un buono con valenza 1 anno. BENE. Ho ricontattato circa 20 giorni fa il responsabile per riprogrammare l'escursione che, alla nostra prima indisponibilità non solo si spazientisce completamente ma si rivolge a me con un modo del tutto poco professionale e per di più con un buono (in teoria) ancora valido decide di bloccarmi il numero telefonico. Che dire, non lo consiglierei a nessuno, anzi me ne riguarderei bene se questo è il grado di tolleranza lavorando con il pubblico.

It was an amazing experience! We were a small group of 4 people, which was very enjoyable. Matteo was a great guide, he took pictures and videos which he sent us afterwards. We left at 10:30. It was quite windy and the waves were strong but we managed to do the tour. It was not my first paddleboard experience; I managed to stand up for quite a while (even with the waves). If you want a more quiet experience, go earlier :) I totally recommend this tour!
