The tasting of the five wines and their combinations will be presented and served in our equipped and comfortable tasting room, where all our guests, even if spaced and safely, can enjoy a convivial and unique experience! For all those who have particular diets or intolerances, upon notice at the time of booking in the "notes" field, we are able to meet most dietary needs. The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings. The structure of the Rocca di Montestaffoli does not provide bar service (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.) It is also possible to participate in the tasting with children, for them our staff will prepare a selection of gastronomic excellences at a cost of € 8 per child.Remember that by law it is forbidden to administer alcohol to minors.

And it was just us two ???? and Francesco our guide, it was  beyond fabulous ????????!! Francesco showed us & we smelled the various spices & naturally grown flavors from San Gimignano. We started sampling wines which were incredible ???? along with cheeses, meats, breads and biscotti ! Francesco also explained how the various wines interact with different foods ! Amazingly Delicious Afterwards we walked DOWN DOWN to the main town squares, found wine purveyors and bought some of our new favorites ????????

We enjoyed five lovely wines. The views and tasting were wonderful. Our sommelier was knowledgeable and the food pairings were perfect.

We did the Master class, which started with a guided tour of the Vernaccia museum and ended with a tasting of six wines with food pairing. There were only four people in our group (max is 12) so it was a very intimate experience. Although I am very into wine, I knew nothing about this varietal before the tasting so I learned a lot. Clearly, a lot of thought goes into the tasting and food pairings. If you’re interested in wine (especially whites) and in San G., this is a must do!
