This tour was excellent, the drive up to Akamas was wonderful in our land rover Defender. Our guide Rick was so much fun and although I was traveling Solo, being with Rick and the group was meeting up with other groups made me actually forget that I was alone. We trekked up the mountains saw moutain goats, lots of olive trees, frogs, lizards, oh it was brilliant! We then saw the turtle nests down by the beach, and had a feel of the Aphorodite waters which apparently is the secret to eternal youth! There was a refreshment stop at just the right time and lunch was a local open buffet. My favorite part was the boat trip and we stopped in the middle of the sea and swam in crystal clear blue cool waters, the boat had an inflatable slide that was a delight ! Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely go again, it was a day to remember!

I’m rating this review a 5 because Louie was a phenomenal tour guide from start to finish. Funny, so knowledgeable about the island, and made the tour super enjoyable! Other than Louie making it a 5 star experience, I would rate a 3… We had booked for 5 of us to be on the tour. The morning we were leaving we received a phone call that the grandfather of 3 of us scheduled to go, passed away. The three who got the terrible news could not bare to take the tour. I provided a death certificate as asked by trip advisor, in order to refund the 3. I have not received a refund and my family did not get to attend the tour. I understand we were within 24 hours but these were extenuating circumstances.

Abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tour, freundliche bemühte Guides und ein Mittagessen mal anders. Die Bootsfahrt war genau richtig mit einer guten Portion Abkühlung. Hitze war mit dem Jeep überhaupt kein Problem
