It was more of driving around. The Vikings museum stop of 30 mins after driving all the way was not worth as it was not possible to visit the museum also properly, The stop at Henninsgvær was not even 30 mins. We could have a longer stop at Henninsgvær and include the break there. We did Henninsgvær on our own the next day and this place definitely deserves a long halt.

Eric holte uns pünktlich am Hafen in Leknes ab. Wir haben viele tolle Fotomotive und Städte der Lofoten gesehen. Eric konnte sehr gut englisch und hat uns viel über die Lofoten erzählt. Der Ausflug war ein Traum und wir waren alle begeistert von den Lofoten. Wir würden den Ausflug jederzeit wieder machen.

Erik was an excellent guide. He has been coming from abroad and living now for 14 years here. He knows everything and everyone. The stories and information give a deep insight into life here. He drove us also to interesting spots within the 5 hours. Even beaches are part of it. Erik also does northern light watching guidance. We could not see it of course in august but he know all the spots, I am sure!
