We did a two day tour of the sossuvlei with Uwe and had a great time with him. Uwe took us to deadvlei and it was the best part of our stay in Namibia. Uwe was very helpful and I would recommend his services to anyone travelling to the Sossusvlei.

Very impressive tour. Not only the world famous Sossusvlei sights but also the desert sceneries you watch through the 7 hour drive give you an unforgettable experience. The overnight stay at the Moon Mountain Lodge is the perfect bonus. The lodge is located on the hillside facing south so you can watch beautiful sunrise and sunset of vast desert. Fortunately for us, the night we stayed the Moon was crescent so night sky's full of bright stars. Mr Uwe, our guide as well as driver gave us very good explanations and always eager to meet our needs. We ate lunch he helped us to choose under the tree in a small oasis on the way to the lodge. Cold beverages and snacks were always ready. I really appreciate his excellent service. I believe that 2-day trip to Sossusvlei be start from Swakopmund or Walvis Bay (with Mr Uwe,) than from Windhoek which I heard the road is more rough and longer. I may recommend to combine the Sandwich Harbour tour which is also very fantastic to this tour. You can get good discount from him.

We left on Friday noon to go on this tour, wE had 2 nights staying in Moon mountain lodge which IS amazing and went to sossusvlei ans deadvlei on saturding morning, had a walk to Big daddy ans went back to enjoy thé rest of the afternoon at thé lodge. We left on Sunday morning. This région IS well worth it !! Our guide explained lots of stuff it was great !
