The car service was not waiting for us as advertised. I called them and they said they had no record of the reservation from you. They called back and said they would send a car in 15 to 20 minutes. After a half hour they still had not showed. It turned out that they sent the guy to the wrong terminal. The driver finally showed up and he was very nice. There is no excuse for having to wait for almost an hour.
