  • It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
  • We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
  • Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was on the departure from Stockholm city to the Stockholm/Arlanda airport at 3:30 in the morning on Sunday 10/12 and was making my way quickly as possible to another bus with my luggage due to an unforeseen hold-up and was so lucky that the driver on this route (pretty blonde woman with blue eyes) spotted me and graciously pulled over to pick me up. She’s a gem and this saved me a lot of trouble-I declined Uber/taxi as the driver I had the night prior was very out of bounds to a solo female. I work with a travel company in the states and will surely recommend this bus for airport transportation. 10/10

I pay for a 30 day ticket every month to get me from Liljeholmen to Arlanda and home, but when I buy the tickets from the drivers the print is so bad on the ticket, that the QR code never functions. For some reason the drivers can never seem to understand this and always ask me to contact customer service. When calling customer service they say they cannot help me and that I need to complain an online form (every month), which seems crazy as they should be able to search for my ticket and send it to my email. Very rude staff on the phone and even when I make a complaint online they never get back to me. Very disappointing

Nice and easy. 45 min trip, double arlanda express, but the express is so expensive now. So if you're not in a rush, get the flybussarna. Much cheaper, easy to find gate 2 in t-central station and an easy journey. Definitely will reuse on the next trip. All the airport info you need is on the bus screens.
