Michael was our tour guide and I recommend him. He was very nice and helped us get around. He worked to ensure that the tickets were paid for and gave us plenty of opportunities to use the restroom. He started by giving us a few fun facts about the place, was always good at getting pictures, and translated for us. As a Taiwanese-American with limited Mandarin and Taiwanese, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable that I didn't know the language. My non-Chinese friend was here and he helped her get around as well. After giving us the facts, Michael let us do our own things with a few tips and tricks.

It was a great day out. Our tour guide, Maggie, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave interest in each attendee of her tour. I liked how she provided great detail in personalising everyone's experience. Enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend.
