On our 4-hour walking food tour journey, you'll sample over 10 tastings as you wander through the backstreets of the bustling XinYi District and take in the massive view of Taipei 101. You will enjoy some of Taipei's best street food, including the famous "Taiwanese burger" and bubble tea. You'll also visit the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park where you'll sample soup dumplings and the best pineapple cake. If you're feeling adventurous, you'll also have the chance to taste the notorious "stinky tofu" that is beloved by the locals!

My tour guide was with Tina and we started off from the food market having a brief culture of the foods to the street foods and restaurants. The places we went weren't really well known to the foreigners (like myself) and they were surprisingly good! Each and every places we went were amazing! We were joined with Anna, a colleague of Tina's, during our second stop and it felt more like hanging out with friends instead of a tour. Basically that was my food for the day! Highly recommend this to anyone going to Taipei and do come with an empty stomach!

We had a fantastic time on our guided food tour. We live in Taipei since 6 months and tried a lot of Taiwanese food before, but still discovered new delicious dishes and snacks. Can highly recommend this tour. Our guide Diego was amazing! He made the tour very special and fun.

This "Iconic Food Tour" was such a great experience, we highly recommend it! Mike was a fantastic guide, it just felt like going out with a friend. We tried a lot of different food from different places: food markets, street stalls and restaurants. We were offered a large variety of delicious Taiwanese food and Mike gave us a lot of interesting background information. He also adjusted the food he offered to our individual tastes, took us through different neighbourhoods and also to places we would not have found or visited on our own. We had such a great time, those 4 hours just flew by... It was an overall fantastic experience which left us entirely full and happy.
