Very disappointing . On arrival no one at the spa knew anything about a Viator voucher & communication was difficult .
Fortunately , there was 1 other customer who was Taiwanese , but also had fluent English as he lived in the US. He became a translator - to make a long story short I ended up asking viatour for a refund & then paid for the service with CC. They said they get charged 10% for CC use & then when I paid my bill I noticed they charged the 10% to me .
A bad experience from start to finish .
