Pickup needs to be arranged at least 4 hours before the cruise departure time. (if check-in process is required)

Your driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby or the ground level of the hotel building (if the lobby is located on an upper level).

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions and become subject to additional fees. Please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Punctual pickup and very accommodating despite our changing the time twice. Office even called the driver enroute to verify the cruise ship to be sure we were headed to the right terminal. Good call on their part as the terminal had changed a couple weeks before.

Fast and convenient ride to cruise port in Keelung. Clean car, polite driver. Picked me up in hotel lobby and helped with my luggage.
